职位描述

岗位职责：
- 负责系统的整机集成，调试，故障处理，整机分解，和包装运输规范；
- 确保系统的参数设定正确，系统的功能符合既定的标准
- 起草并完善相关作业指导书，形成标准作业流程（SOP）
- 设置或发展适当的调试方法和手段，提高效率
- 记录系统调试及故障处理结果
- 协同相关部门，参与对系统的持续改进
- 维持系统及周边的6S
岗位要求：
- 本科及以上学历 （机械或电气相关专业）；
- 不低于5年的工作经验，至少2年系统型设备管理经验
- 有光电，半导体或太阳能行业背景优先
- 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，高度的责任感和自我激励
- 具备英语书面交流的能力。
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system integration, final test, trouble shooting, tear down, packaging and shipping
- Ensure system parameters are correct and functions comply with the established specifications and requirements
- Develop and perform relevant work instructions, work out SOP.
- Set or develop proper test methods and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Record system test data and trouble shooting history.
- Coordinate with other departments for continues improvements.
- Maintain system and system around under good 6S conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above (mechanical or electronics relative specialty).
- No less than 5 years working experience, and at least 2 years experience of managing system equipment.
- Background of optoelectronics, semiconductor or solar industry will be preferred.
- Good communication skills and team work spirit, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Good command in written English.
