概况
此工作为行政支持工作,要求能够确保前台区域功能运转良好。
主要职责
管理会议室的使用,并保持干净整洁。
欢迎并接待客户
接听并转接电话至相关人员
收发快递及信件,并保持公司杂志,办公用品及食品的供应
安排司机及酒店住宿
维护打印机,储藏室正常使用等
协助客服部门的日常工作
其他临时工作
任职要求
职业/学历资格:本科以上,英语至少六级以上(英语专业优先考虑)
技能要求
管理及沟通技能 – 具备流畅的英语口语及书写技能
熟悉微软办公软件,具有一定IT知识
时间管理技能,并能独自工作及简化问题
可以立马工作者将被优先考虑
个人能力要求
英语要求6级及以上
较强沟通能力,并能够与大范围的内部及外部人员沟通
积极的工作态度,并有很强的分析及问题解决能力
工作独立,并能应对高强度工作压力
对待变化及新信息灵活开放,具有适应能力,并能相应改变自己的工作方式
