职位描述：

复配食品添加剂研发工程师岗位的主要职能是：从事酸奶、酸奶饮料、植物蛋白饮料、果汁和果味饮料等产品稳定性或乳化功能的研究，利用各类食品添加剂的性能，设计复配稳定剂或复配乳化稳定剂的试验配方，通过实验室小试验的方法，不断修正和完善试验配方，经过一定时间的保存试验和终端运用产品的论证，再经过生产企业的中试投入生产的运用后，形成一个性价比相对合理，市场上有一定竞争能力的复配食品添加剂产品。

应聘者岗位基本条件：

1、对复配食品添加剂行业情况有些基本的了解并从事过复配添加剂销售或对复配食品添加剂产品应用的行业（包含乳品、乳饮料、植物蛋白饮料、果汁饮料生产企业有过一年以上的实践经验。2、从事乳品、乳饮料、植物蛋白饮料、果汁饮料复配食品添剂研发2年个月年以上经验。3、对复配食品添加剂行业的研发感兴趣、有求知欲、有悟性。4、对本职岗位有强力的事业心和责任感，对薪资的期望值或人生的价值更多的是通过自身专业能力表现实现。
