职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1, Convert customer drawings, understand customer‘s technical requirements, communicate with customer about the drawings and technical requirements.
2, Be responsible for new products and sample plan;
3, Be responsible for the drawing, storage and delivery of drawings
4, Place the order for material purchasing of new products and track of the purchasing process
5, Prepare the BOM list for new products ;
6, Write the process technology for new products;
7, Write SOP for new process
8, Prepare and track the production of tvarious tools that needed for new products
9, Distribute the production sheet, track the production and quality of new products all the way according to production process
10, Communicate with production department and workshop, arrange the production time for new products;
11, Communicate with Quality Department and Delivery Department about the shipment time, quantity and quality report.
12, Control production cost, efficiency and qualified rate of new products, ensure the shipment time and acceptability of samples.


Requirement:
1, Mechanical, Model or CNC major is preferred;
2, 2D CAD drawing is must, 3D drawing is preferred
3, Be logical and clear thought
4, Be proactive, quick action, good at communication with people
5, Work steadfast, bear hardships ;
6, Good written and spoken English, good mechanical English vocabulary is preferred


主要职责：
1、转化客户图纸，读懂客户产品技术要求，与客户沟通图纸及技术要求；
2、制定新品生产和出样计划；
3、图纸绘制、保管及发放；
4、新品所需所有资料的采购单填写，与采购保持良好沟通，追踪采购品的交期；
5、编制新品BOM表；
6、编制新品工艺流程；
7、新的生产工艺编写SOP(标准操作流程）；
8、新品每步生产所需工装和量具的生产计划和追踪；
9、发放生产流程单，按生产流程全程跟踪新品每步的生产和质量；
10、与生产部和车间沟通，安排新品生产时间；
11、与质检和发货同事沟通出货时间和数量，确认新品质量和质量报告；
12、控制新品生产的成本、效率和合格率，保证新品的出样时间和合格率。

要求：
1、理工科背景，机械、数控或模具专业优先；
2、会二维CAD制图，会三维制图者优先；
3、思维清晰，逻辑性强；
4、积极主动，行动敏捷，善于与人相处沟通；
5、工作踏实，吃苦耐劳；
6、英文口语及书面语良好，机械英语词汇良好。 举报 分享
