职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Group Reporting 财务报告
Timely and accurately complete TM1 submission
及时准确地完成外方的财务报表
Timely and accurately complete management reporting including Report/Cost Report/Accruals and Provision Report/Capex/Trend etc.
及时准确地完成外方的管理报表
Financial analysis and error checking and finish P&L and BS Causals
财务分析和错误检查完成Causal报表
Improve the reporting packages and create new reports based on requirements
根据分析改进报表系统，根据需要建立新的报表
Assist in preparing Year-end Package
协助完成财年报表

2. AR & FA & GL 应收账款、固定资产及总账
Deal with intercompany A/R
处理关联公司应收账款账务
Balance Sheet accounts review consolidation
及时准确地完成BSR的汇总和审核
Periodically review accounts to perform the general control
定期审核账户以达到总帐控制
Periodically review accrual and reversal; Amortization
审核预提准备及待摊费用科目
Timely and smoothly complete period end closin and year end closing timely and accurately complete
及时顺利地完成外方期末结账和中外方年底结账

3. Budget and Forecast 预算和预测
Prepare annual budget and rolling forecast
财务预算和预测
Timely and accurately complete BS and P&L reports for budget and forecast
及时准确地完成预算和预测的资产负债表损益表
Financial analysis and complete Causal and Bridge reports
财务差异分析及报表填制

4. Cash Flow management 现金流管理
Cash flow forecast based on rolling forecast and budget
根据预算数据预测资金需求
Hedge preparation and FX valuation
套期保值及汇率相关业务处理

5. Finance System improvement 财务系统优化
Optimize financial policies and procedures
优化财务管理控制流程
Improve the system more automatic
改进财务系统，使其更加自动化
Create user oriented reports
编制用户化的报表

Education & Experience 教育和经验：
At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related major
会计，财务等相关专业的本科及以上学历
4+ years’ working experience in the finance functions of multinational companies, among which 2 years on G/L and reporting functions
4年以上跨国公司财务工作经验，其中2年总账会计和财务报表的经验
SAP system experience
有 SAP系统工作经验
Accounting certificate, CICPA is a plus
有会计上岗证，注册会计师尤佳
CET 6 or above
大学英语六级或以上

Special knowledge and Skill 特别知识与技能：
Familiar with PRC accounting standards, UK Standards and IFRS knowledge is a plus
熟悉中国会计标准，熟悉英国会计标准和IFRS尤佳
Good professional ethic

Good computer skill in MS-Office
