职位描述：
工作职责
1. 协助QA Lead与美国总部测试方面对接，直接参与国际化的技术团队。
2. Web，App及系统软件产品的功能测试，性能测试，压力测试，业务测试。
3. 根据产品设计需求制定测试计划，设计测试数据和编写测试用例。
4. 有效地执行测试用例，完整地记录测试结果，并提交测试报告等相关的技术文档。
5. 准确地定位并跟踪问题，并推动问题及时合理地解决。
6. 设计和开发自动测试脚本,提升测试的质量和效率。
7. 根据测试结果评估产品质量，提出产品质量提升建议和流程改善方案

职位要求
1. 专业测试素养和强烈的测试工作责任心；
2. 互联网Web测试和App测试经验，有2-3个以上项目测试经验者优先；
3. 熟练使用Web接口测试工具，如 SoapUI，Selenium等；
4. 熟练使用自动化和性能测试工具，如QTP，LoadRunner等；
5. 有一定的测试脚本编写能力，如VBScript，Powershell等；
6. 有敏捷开发项目经验者优先；
7. 熟悉相关开发语言和测试方法；
8. 有良好的心理素质及团队协作精神，并能够承受一定工作压力；
9. 很强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，善于团队合作。工作积极主动，执行能力强，善于推进问题解决；
10. 大学英语四级，有较好的英文写作和沟通能力者优先；
