Role Purpose
Responsible for new business development and execution by focusing served available market, sales pipeline development and new categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the market study activity to identify market opportunities.
2. Develop market entry strategy including development of new products. .
3. Lead all sales activities and decision for all the categories but special focus on core products .
4. Provide weekly report including but not limited all customer visits and activities, competitors, retail and market related information
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
1. Ability to handle food import business.
2. Strategic, creative thinking and Value proposition development
3, Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with customers and internal cross functions.
4. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive but able to recognize and support the customer and organizations preferences and priorities
5. Results orientated with the ability to balance other customer needs and company targets
6. Chinese necessary & English speaking.
7. Good PC user, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
2. 3+ years Sales experience / FMGC products or food industry background
3. Sales experience in retail will be preferred;
4. Adapt to frequent travelling including in remote areas
