岗位职责：

1、回答有关文化中心的询问，向来电询问者提供地址，指示的等其他信息。

2、接待来访者，并给予合适的人事指引。

3、更新会议日程，协调电话会议和其他会议。

4、接受，分类，分发收到的邮件和传真。

5、负责会议室的使用安排并作好记录。

6、负责办公室办公桌及柜子钥匙的管理。

7、更新电话、手机和电子邮件联系人列表。

8、负责办公室其他工作，文档管理，复印和整理。

任职要求：

1、大专以上相关专业，英语良好，外形甜美。

2、具有很强的组织性，擅长策划，学习能力优秀并能同时管理多项活动。

3、优秀的电话交流技巧，需能适应较多的电话接听量。

4、熟练应用计算机，并掌握办公自动化软件（Word, Excel和 Outlook）。

梅赛德斯奔驰文化中心建筑面积16万平方米，是一个集综合演艺、艺术展示、时尚娱乐于一体的综合性文化娱乐聚集区。它拥有一个可以容纳18000座、多功能的大型演艺场馆，具有上海首个满足nba赛事要求的标准场地、首个满足国际冰上赛事及冰上表演的标准场地，同时设有音乐俱乐部、电影院、溜冰场、景观餐厅，以及近2万平方米的商业零售、文化休闲娱乐区。
