Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate the entire process of pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) in vivo studies from initiation of the study to the report writing for a quality and timely delivery

2. To help study design of PK/PD studies, write study proposal, protocol, in-life summary and PK/PD reports

3. To analyze, trouble shoot and interpret the PK/PD data

4. To work with cross-functional groups including PK in-life, formulation, bioanalytical, and sometimes, in vitro ADME, non-GLP tox and biology

5. To communicate with clients about technical details, project update and timeline

6. For senior study director, he/she might need to coach junior SDs and might involve in some business development activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor, master, Ph.D or M.D. in life science related fields. 1- 5 years of research and development experience is required, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.Good understanding the principles of animal and human anatomy, biology, physiology and pharmacology.Prior training in animal handling and surgical skills are preferred.Education in pharmacokinetics and bioanalytical is a big plus. bility to follows protocols, SOPs and related policies and guidelines. Ability to troubleshooting and routine problems solving.
2. Having excellent communication skills in Mandarin. Decent reading and writing in English is required. Spoken English would be big plus.
3. Strong customer orientation is must. Understand customers' (external and internal) needs and having customer's problem solving skills; Consistently meets service schedule deadlines Identifies and resolves service support issues in a timely manner.
4. Computer proficiency- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project expertise is preferred.
