Job Title: General Manager of Sunway Daqing
Reports To: Sunway Board of Directors
Location: Daqing
Working language: Chinese and English
Offer: salary range 20-30,000 RMB/month (gross), based on experience. Reimbursement of business-related expenses, based on receipts.
Starting date: Immediately


JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for overall operation of Sunway inclusive of Finance, Business Development, Sales, HR, etc. in accordance with President, Ceo and Board members instructions
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Dedalus policies and applicable laws.
Implement best practice in planning, management reporting and governance processes
Develop and implement the business plan to fulfill the sales target and strategic objectives of the Company
Oversee project implementation in timeliness and achieve required quality
Develop new business opportunities and identify new business channels
Close collaboration with the management of Dedalus China;
Supervisory responsibilities on Daqing Sunway
Relationship management with the major customers
Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with relevant local governments and health bureaus, etc.
Report to the Board about the performance in Chinese market on monthly basis
Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Chinese nationality
Bachelor's degree or above
More than [5] years of Management; experience in healthcare/IT industry and with multi-national companies is a plus;
Fluent English spoken and written skills;
Sound expertise/understanding of IFRS, PRC GAAP and financial analysis capability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and effective management of relationship, strong personality and target oriented
Able to work under pressure
High integrity
Willing to travel
Willing to work with local government authorities
