职位描述：
Missions：
1. Lead the CSP project and achieve the company CSP target.
2. Assist each departments implement own CSP target and help to solve related CSP problems with training exercises.
3. Offer CSP training to all employees, lead the CSP team to extend CSP knowledge to the workshop, let employees in-depth understanding of CSP,

1. 负责ＣＳＰ项目。领导各ＣＳＰ项目小组完成公司制订ＣＳＰ目标
2. 协助协调各部门深入实施ＣＳＰ项目，协助各部门解决相关ＣＳＰ问题和难点，进一步培训ＣＳＰ理念成为公司文化。
3. 对公司员工进行CSP培训，带领CSP项目组将CSP知识推广到基层车间，让员工深入了解CSP

* Typical Education Level教育背景:
Bachelor degree or Junior college( 本科或大专)
