1. 三年以上机械设备装配或维修钳工工作经验；
2. 了解机械基础知识（识图、公差配合、测量），熟悉钳工装配工艺;
3. 掌握气动原理，有一定气路安装经验;
4. 熟练应用检测工具,能操作磨床，钻铣床;
5. 良好的沟通、表达能力，良好的团队合作精神；
6. 工作塌实、认真、严谨、精益求精，能够吃苦耐劳；
7. 熟悉现场6S
