职位描述:

This position is responsible for maintaining and developing existing MRO and Airline customers in China aerospace industry.


This position is also responsible for new business development, market intelligence and forecasting at assigned and new potential customers, performing functions that drive sales and margin growth.



Job Responsibilities:

General

  1. Maintain and develop existing business volume, develop additional/new business opportunities as defined in Annual Key X’s to the portfolio of assigned accounts and new potential customers.
  2. Meet the set Annual Sales Revenue and Gross Margin targets defined for each customer
  3. Manage all sales activities for the assigned accounts including but not limited to business development, bidding, contract negotiation, operation procedures etc. by working with internal functions departments
  4. Conduct the business in compliance with all company policies, procedures and business Code of Ethics.

Business Development

  1. Conducts and develops business cases and, provides commercial, operational and financial analysis
  2. Clearly communicates and demonstrates Argosy’s value-added services benefits to prospective customers
  3. Prepares, develops and submits bid proposal and contracts to the customers
  4. Prepares, develops presentations for internal and external meetings

Market Intelligence

  1. Develop sales budget and forecast based on account and program in conjunction with the Customer Service Rep. responsible for each account
  2. Compile monthly sales reports and customer visiting reports.
  3. Identify and build relevant relationship with each customer or vendor organization at all levels of engagement.
  4. Provide accurate sales reporting on a timely manner to General Manager.

Other duties assigned by the GM


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Material Engineering and above.
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in China Aerospace industry
  • Sales experience in chemical material or Aerospace coating is a plus
  • Work experience in Chinese MROs is preferred.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,

Diagram or schedule form.

Time management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities,

deadlines and time management

Able to travel
