职位描述：
We are looking for an Academic Supervisor to work on the curriculum development. He/she will be based in the national headquarters of Web International English and lead the R&D team to improve, write and develop an ESL curriculum based on the best practice of the industry and company strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
职责：
1.Conduct academic research related to adult ESL learners, including project planning and implementing
对成人英语学习进行学术研究，包括项目的规划和实施
2. Lead to plan, write and develop instructional lesson plans and develop course material
领导团队制定计划，编写并开发教案，开发课程
3. Initiate testing of lesson plans and course material to ensure ongoing improvement of the material
对课程计划和教材进行测试，确保教材的持续改进
4.Provide professional support and advice in teacher training and quality control, monitor feedbacks of students and markets
在教师培训和教学质量控制方面提供专业的支持和建议，监督学生和市场的反馈
5. Work closely with other departments to get a thorough understanding of the existing curriculum and the learning cycles of target audiences

6.Identify cultural elements to integrate into language learning

7. Lead to develop blended-learning and online courses using online platforms

8.Organize and participate in Education Department seminars to effectively communicate developments and updates to the company

Required:
基本要求：
1.At least 5 years’ experience of teaching and curriculum development targeting adult ESL learners
至少5年教学经验和课程开发（针对成人英语学习者）
2.Experience of organizing academic seminars or workshops on ESL
组织学术研讨会或研习班教学的经验
3.Rich knowledge of adult learning principles

4. A thorough understanding of competency-based education

5.An understanding of international language frameworks

6.Quick learner with an ability to integrate into organizational culture quickly

Desired:

1.Academic managerial experience of language training schools is an asset

2. Familiarity with Chinese education / adult ESL learners
