职位描述：

一、Activities

lWork in close collaboration with Production,
R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Control Departments..

l Design and check flow chart and interlock logisticin PLC system on the existing process with auto/instrument

engineer

l Development process requirements according toR&D s guideline

l Development Process description and SOP

l Training production team and other new comers on process

l Support to the related department from the point of technical

l Trouble-shooting for production process

l Run OEE/TEEP analysis for system

二、Accountabilities

l Provide technical support for operation team,evaluate, propose, and implement process optimization and yield improvement programs.

l Participate new product introduction trial practice and related documentary preparation.

l Serve as an active member of the Process Risk Assessment team and participate in the investigation and resolution of all production related incidents.

l Participate process and product quality trouble shootings and edit & validate process WI and SOP.

l Keep production process stable and safety condition,provide high quality products for customer

l Maintain equipment in high efficiency running

l Training operators for process procedure

- As MoC sponsor to propose and follow up all workshop modification
