Job Description: 岗位描述

1) Perform monthly and yearly closing for general entry post, Ensure all accounting transactions are timely and posted into ERP system; Timely closing and deliver accurate financial statement.
负责总账凭证录入,确保及时准确的月度及年度关账及财务报表的准确性。
2) Intercompany transaction input and reconcile. 关联方往来的记账及对账。
3) CIP、Fixed Assets booking and reports; 在建工程及固定资产账务管理及相关报表。
4) Liaise with tax bureau，Arrange Overseas payment recorder and tax declaration;
负责与税务局沟通及办理现场业务负责每月税务申报与非贸付汇相关的备案和付税
5) Other payable for HQ expense transaction booking.总部管理费用的记录及分摊。
6）Assist the controller in internal and external audits and reviews, annual tax filing;
协助完成年度审计和汇算清缴工作。
7) Other assignments from direct supervisor.其他直接主管分配的工作

Candidate Profile: 任职要求

- Bachelor degree， major in finance / accounting/ business with over 6 years relevant experience; 大本文凭，要求财务，会计或商务相关专业，6年以上相关工作经验
- Demonstrate commitments and proactive attitude. Work well under pressure 做事积极主动有责任心，能够承受压力
- Good sense with reporting and cash management; 良好的现金管理和财务报告能力
- Familiar with MS office applications. AX system experience is a plus; 熟练使用微软办公软件； 会使用微软ERP优先考虑
- Good in both spoken and written English 良好的英文口语书写能力
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; 具备良好的沟通和与人相处的能力
- Catering or Retail work experience is a plus 有餐饮或零售行业工作经验优先
- Familiar with US GAAP is a plus 熟悉US GAAP优先 举报 分享
