1.Project Management / 项目管理
？To coordinate with technical department for the optimal design / 与技术部协调***设计方案
？To confirm with the clients/agents for the schedule / 与客户/代理商确认日程表
？To coordinate with industrial department for the production / 与工业生产部协调生产
？To coordinate with quality department for the relevant certification and quality control / 与质量部协调产品的认证和质量检验
？To coordinate with finance department for the invoicing and delivery / 与财务部协调发票的开具和货运
？To coordinate with main contractors and construction companies for the site management / 与总承包商和施工公司协调项目的现场管理
？To regularly coordinate with the clients/agents to ensure the payments / 定期与客户协调回款事宜
2.Marketing / 市场
？To develop new markets by visiting the design institutes and main contractors with or without the help of local agents / 在当地代理商的帮助下或独自访问设计院和总承包商以便开发新市场
？To provide necessary advice and technical support to the end-users/agents / 向最终客户/代理商提供必要的建议和技术支持
？To manage the customer satisfaction investigation / 管理客户满意度调查
？To manage and coordinate the complaints of end-users/agents / 管理和协调最终客户/代理商的投诉
？To proceed with the market analysis and develop more matured agents / 进行市场分析，开发更多成熟代理商
3.Products / 产品
？To be involved in the specialization of the product groups / 参与产品系列的专业化
？To be involved in the further development of the products depending on the market requirement / 根据市场需求参与产品的进一步开发

Qualification/任职资格：
？1.Age of 30 to 50 / 30至50岁
？2.Civil engineering major of a famous university /名校土木工程专业
？3.More than five years’ experiences in design, structural calculation, quotation and project coordination of infrastructure projects / 五年以上基建项目设计、结构计算、报价和项目协调方面的工作经验
？4.Familiar with building industry and main contractors / 熟悉建筑行业和总包商
？5.CET6 or above / 大学英语六级以上
？6.Good written and oral English / 英语口语和书面熟练
？7.International experiences or experiences in a foreign-invested enterprise / 有国际经验或外资企业工作经验 举报 分享
