Job Descriptions:
? Provide general legal support to McDonald's business in China, including for example providing legal opinions, drafting and reviewing contracts and handling other corporate legal matters;
? Handle disputes that the Company may be involved, directly or via outside counsel that the person in this position shall manage;
? Monitor and update to the business any new legislation and/or change of legal environment and provide appropriate recommendation in response to such change.

Personality Profile: Passion for work, effective communication and team work spirits.

Competencies Expectation (if any):
? Law degree from a PRC university, overseas legal training and 5 to 10 years experiences in a reputable domestic or international law firm or in-house position in a multinational company;
? Solid document drafting skills in English, fluent in both oral and written English;
? Knowledge and experiences in Chinese legal areas of franchising, real estate development, marketing, intellectual property protection, compliance, tax and finance, food safety, labor and employment is a plus;
? Ability to understand business needs and function as a proactive partner to the business;
? Ability to work independently as a legal professional and at the same time collaborates effectively with other team members.
? Strong sense of integrity and belief in integrity as a core value in business.
