- 优秀的英语书写及口语能力。

What are the job duties?

- Guide effectively and efficiently the strategic and creative development process.

- Supervise the account team on a daily basis; includes training, coaching, and conducting performance conversations.

- Forecast and manage account finances.

- Develop and identify new financial and creative opportunities.

What are we looking for?

- An accomplished Account Service professional with 1+ years of experience in Associate Account Director position, in ATL, BTL, and/or the digital field (4A Agency experience is preferred).

- Proven ability to build and maintain close client relationships.

- Successful track record of managing diverse teams and proven leadership skills.

- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and budgeting skills.

- Excellent written and oral English.

- An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
