Technical Support Engineer

职责Job Responsibilities:

- Report to executive director/sales director in China;
- Technical support for pre-sale and after-sale for PV manufacturers in China;
- Communicate with engineering in Germany for technical needs;
- Prepare and perform system presentations and assist customers to system demo;
- Do troubleshooting for any technical issues arising from customers;
- Provide technical training to customers;
- Visit customers and feedback their suggestions;
- Responsible for translation of some technical documents
要求Qualifications:
- University/college degree in electronic, automation, engineering or equivalent;
- +2 years technical/service working experience in photovoltaic industry;
- Knowledge and experience in image processing and machine vision;
- Experience of programming and software;
- Sufficient written and spoken English;
- Service-oriented, customer-friendly;
- Good communication skills;
- Good team work spirit and problem solving skills;
- Willing to travel;
- Responsible and self-motivated;
