职位描述：
Essential Requirements:
- More than 2 years working experience in IT or related field.
- Professional in Window 7/10, Office 2010/2013, active directory and Windows serve management.
- Know well with Data Security/Backup, and IT service Management.
- Familiar with WAN, LAN, Telephone system.
- IT certification with MCSE and CCNA are advantages.
- Familiar both with hardware and software.

Main Tasks:
- Helpdesk (trouble shooting) and support for all IT system, focus on Shanghai.
- Manage Shanghai IT device, install hardware and software.
- Support company IPC system/mobile system.
- Maintain company PC, Service & Peripheral equipment.
- Install and maintain company Network devices (LAN/WAN/Firewall/Router etc.).
- Impletement local Group Policy in Win2010 Ads system according to requirement.
- Contact with local technical center for necessary supprot.
- Participate to impelementing new IT projects (local and global).
- Follow Emergency Management System MS process to ensure the server protected in case of disaster as well as fast recovery).
- Implement temporary tasks when need. 举报 分享
