Job Description:

1. Project management for Field Services Supply Chain transformation in China

2. Design and deploy the logistics network and the specialized team to support Field Services business cross BU in China

3. Design and pilot FSSC processes related to procurement, planning, order management, transportation, warehousing, etc.

4. Support field business on the logistics execution during the transformation process

Field Service Supply Chain projects / Flow designs

1. Drive the feasibility part:

？ Coordinate China long term strategy with all the key stake holders related to infrastructure design, IT solution, 3PL

？ Ensure support and validation from top management, Marketing VP and China logistic managers, with regular communication

2. Build and implement the execution part

？ Get agreement on the planning

？ Organize regular follow-up to guarantee on-time completion

？ Solve issues arising during the execution part

？ Deliver the results and close the project formally

Job Requirement:

Education:	Bachelor’s degree. Supply Chain Management related major.
Job Related Experience:	Above 8 years SC management experience with 3 years managerial experience
Business Understanding:	Leadership, Customer centric, Structured and process orientated, Results Driven, Supply Chain Design, Service business knowledge, project management
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):	Good command of oral and written English, strong communication skills
