职位描述：
出口订舱主管
Responsibilities:
1. Manage vendor booking and ensure products shipped as committed
2. Negotiate freight rate and ensure space allocation for overseas customers
3. Manage export consolidation is properly planned and executed successfully
4. Manage service level of Freight Forwarder, Carrier and Consolidation service provider to ensure company export operation performance meet customer expectation
5. Monitor export consolidation planning and execution serviced by Consolidator and analyze, manage the vendor delivery performance, working with Souring team on the vendor performance improvement
6. Manage export documentation for customers and ensure on-time presence
7. Participate in Corporate Global DC set-up in Dubai and Panama in terms of consolidation and freight forwarding operation
8. Establish and optimize operation SOP and KPI
9. Co-manage with Warehouse manager in warehouse operation from Consolidation container planning and export customs clearance
10. Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Position requirement:

11. 8+ years solid experience in sea freight export op, min 4 years management level
12. Solid management experience in buyer’s consol
13. Solid management experience in booking process in China major gateway
14. Fluent experience in export customs, HS Code and commodity inspection regulation
15. Bonded Logistic Park (BLP) overall operation process understanding is required
16. Solid working experience and relationship with carriers
17. Self-motivated and pro-active
18. Statistics and analysis skills
19. Team management and coaching skills
20. Good command in English, verbal and written
