职位描述：
Position: BIM Engineer

Job Description:
The employee is allocated to one or more projects as BIM Engineer.
The employee is, within the contractual frame for the project, responsible for securing that BIM design is executed according to the customer’s requirements and expectations, as well as contributing towards an efficient project execution in accordance with the time schedule, price and quality.

This will take place through:

? Modelling of Architectural, Structural, & MEP elements and parameterized families using Revit, AutoCAD Software. To develop, prepare & maintain database for AutoCAD and Revit.
? Work in medium-sized to large project, focusing on Concept Design, BD, DD together with senior or lead engineers.
? Work as a Project Coordinator. Coordination 3D of layout discipline; Details depending on MEP discipline.
? BIM implementation and create work process for specific projects.
? Preparation of coordinated drawings after interaction with various disciplines like Civil, HVAC, Firefighting& General Equipment’s etc.
? Stay updated on the development of standards and guidelines. Comply company’s quality system and ISO requirement.
? Ensure quality/review and compliance with codes and regulations of own work.
? Site coordination/Execution.

Qualification:
? Bachelor or Master Degree in architecture or equivalent. Architectural building and MEP background is preferred.
? Over 2 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Architectural industry
? Good skill in Revit Architectural, Structural & MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketch up, 3D MAX, etc.
? Understand inter-discipline coordination requirements with various disciplines to collaborate on design phase.
? Good skill in space management
? Ability to work well under stress and time pressure.
? Fluent written and spoken English.
? Good communication skills with foreign engineer.
