职位描述：
Commercial Manager Duties:
- Develop partnership opportunities with potential sponsors at our events
- Create partnership opportunities for product placement within our television and digital media properties
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes within the organization.
- Work to ensure all sales organization objectives are completed in a timely fashion.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with management to review sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Implement enabling technologies, including CRM to improve sales efforts. Monitor and maintain CRM data.
- Coordinate sales training to all employees on a quarterly basis.
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
- Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
- Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with personnel.
- Achieve sales objectives of selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in sponsorship, endorsement or business development in China with a proven track record
- Be sales and entrepreneurially orientated, willing to implement own ideas and initiatives
- Be self- motivated, sociable and possess the confidence to deal with business people

China Sports Promotions is the leading organizer of white collar boxing training and events in the world. Our events engage and educate local communities through our boxing training programs and black tie white collar boxing fight nights. Supported by a reality television show and training application CSP currently expanding its operations all over greater China. Our events take place in Shanghai, Beijing, and Taipei. Collectively we have raised over RMB 2.7 million in donations for charity organizations in China at our white collar boxing events.
