Key Accountabilities:

1. Handling shipments under IPPS or IP SGP order and fully complying with import & export regulations

2. Good understanding needs and requirements from customer service and sourcing team in logistics perspective

3. Logistic activities execution and documents filing on each order to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentations

4. Working closely with customer service, suppliers and freight forwarders to make sure on time delivery

5. Making various logistics reports such as weekly summary, inventory report, monthly report with proper supporting documents

6. Freight payment arrangement and make proper filing record

7. Align with finance to provide assistance such as export Customs clearance docs tracing, supplier's RMB VAT invoice tracing etc.

8. Dealing with customer complaint on shipping through closely working with freight forwarder

9. Continuous improvement on logistics works through SOP and etc.

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in international business, logistics or other related major

2. Above 5 years working experience relating with imp & exp logistics or customer service, prefer to be in MNC

3. Fluent communication in English both written and Oral

Solid computer skills with strong capability on Microsoft Office Applications.

We will provide the whole solution from sourcing suppliers, qualifying suppliers, signing contracts to logistics for IP US plants.
