Essential Job Functions:

工作描述：

1 To assist customers with product selection, prepare contract according quotations, order processing.

帮助客户选择产品，准备合同根据报价，处理订单。

2 Organizing, managing and coordinating tendering activities of assigned Tender Projects, including Schedule Control.

组织、 管理和协调各招标项目，包括进度控制

3 Budget Control and Deliverables;

预估可控交货期

4 Developing Tender Documents;

制订标书

5 Developing Cost Calculation;

制订成本预算

6 Supporting Sales Team in winning orders;

为销售团队获得订单提供支持

7 Handover of Projects awarded to Project Execution Team.

能够按照要求的将项目交接给项目执行团队

8 Assisting customers with analysis of application requirements. Coordinating information flow with factory or product engineering as necessary to meet customer's special requirements.

协助客户分析其需求，协调工厂或产品工程师与客户之间的信息交流

9 Evaluating customer complaint for product failure replacements or repair, to coordinating with QA/factory/after sales service team as necessary, for amicable resolution.

评估产品故障是更换或维修，根据需要协调 QA/工厂/后销售服务团队解决客户投诉，

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training, etc.):

资格要求：

1 College degree or above

学士及以上学位

2 Skillful in SAP system is a plus

熟练使用SAP为优

3 Good English on reading and writing

英语读写熟练

4 Skillful in MS office (Excel and Word)

熟练使用office办公软件

5 Energetic and enthusiastic, honest and responsible

充满活力，热诚，具有责任心

6 Good communication and interpersonal skill
