职位描述：
描述：
1. 严格按照作业指导书的要求进行装配,按时保质完成生产任务。
2. 负责自查或检查测试其他岗位的工作。
3. 按照要求准确填写相关的文件记录。
4. 自觉遵守公司各项规章制度,认真执行ISO13485&ISO14000等管理体系要求及5S体系。


主要工作职能：

1. 积极主动参与各种KOS的改善活动，认真学习发扬KOS知识。
2. 严格执行ESD相关规定，做好现场ESD防护及记录工作。
3. 服从线长的管理,积极配合生产线调班、加班、在线培训等安排。
4. 按照作业指导书要求进行装配，工作细致保质保量。
5. 当产品有质量问题时需停止相关操作并向线长汇报情况,得到相关人员确认肯定后才可继续操作。
6. 保管好本工位所需的工具及设备,不得随便借于他人。
7. 生产过程中发现物料不良或短缺应马上汇报线长，不良物料应放置在指定地方不得随意丢弃。
8. 做好本工位工作后应进行自检，收到上道工位做好的机器应对其装配工作进行检查并填写好Workmanship Audit Check List。
9. 每个工位要认真填写好DHR（字迹清晰，内容全，不得随意涂改），MQDS中的数据要及时输入，内容要真实。
10. 公司的各项规章制度要自觉遵守,(如:不迟到早退、不在厂区内抽烟、在规定区域穿戴好防护用品、工作时不得随意串岗、厂区内不得奔跑及大声喧哗等等)。
11. 认真执行HSE的有关规定，每日做好现场5S工作。

录用要求：

1. Education, Professional experience:
· 电子，机械类中专、职技校或相应学历以上

2. Technical knowledge:
· 有一年以上相关生产工作经验.
· 了解产品的用途和特性。
· 掌握相关工具及设备的使用和维护。

3. Personal characteristics:
· 有良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神,以保证生产线各工位之间的沟通合作。

4. Languages:
· 普通话：流利的口语与书写

5. PC-Knowledge:
· 熟悉计算机硬件，有独立装配计算机及系统软件的能力。
· 熟悉WIN2000的英文操作界面,会使用英文的基本文件操作指令。
