Job Responsibilities

1.Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available and effective.

2.Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.

3.Instruct and training the maintenance worker on site.

4.Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.

5.Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipments condition and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.

6.Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.

7.Complete the tasks from supervisors.

EHS:

1.Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.

2.Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.

3.Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

4.Be responsible for own area risk assessment and keep on updating.

Before work, check all tools/equipment; Follow Permit to work, LOTO, special worker mgmt, etc, while working.

Job Requirements

1.College and above, majored in mechanics and automaton.

2.3+ years work experience on maintenance or electric design.

3.Good English (Both oral and written)

4.Skilled in PC operations and related PLC or automation control system programmer.

5.Electric engineering background.

6.Proactive; Healthy; Good interpersonal relationship; Good team spirit; Ability to solve problem
