职位描述
工作职责
1. 了解生产工艺流程，及时发现制程不合理情况，并提出改善意见.
2. 评估设备开发可行性及成本预估.
3. 规划新夹具设备的整体方案，并进行概念设计.
4. 对新设备进行详细设计，绘制工程图纸，提出有关零件需求.
5. 安装并调试所开发的夹具设备.
6. 控制设备开发进度，持续跟踪绘图、零件加工及标准件采购进度并跟催.
7. 控制设备开发成本，不断优化结构，采用优质低价的标准件，降低设备费用.岗位要求:
1. 电气自动化专业,大专以上学历，3年以上自动化设备的调研和开发工作经验。
2. 熟练使用Auto cad、Pro/e、Office等工具软件。
3. 熟悉金属冲压、机加工、激光焊接点焊、阳极氧化、蚀刻、抛光拉丝等工艺相关设备。
4. 有独立进行自动控制项目的实施经验及现场调试经验。
5. 较强的敬业精神,良好的人际沟通、协调及分析和解决问题的能力，良好的团队协作精神.
