职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责项目开订，跟进接单并确保项目顺利完成；
2、负责确认报价准确无误，报价单机密无外泄；
3、负责项目的生产制作及时准确，无纰漏；
4、负责确认客户合同、付款方式并跟进应收账款的回收；
5、与客户保持良好关系，及时整理和更新客户档案；
6、负责组员考勤记录，做好加班、外勤等费用的成本控制；
7、负责新组员的培训帮教以及与其他部门的沟通协调工作；
8、及时处理客户的需求及投诉，降低客户投诉率；
9、上级领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，具有专柜专卖店项目工作经验者优先考虑；
2、熟悉图纸，工艺及报价流程；
3、具有独立处事能力和较强的沟通能力；
4、具有高度的责任心及抗压能力；
