Quality Coordinator
产品质量工程师岗位描述

1， The quality co-coordinator is the Interface between the production plant and the different sales organizations
2， Collecting service complaints from sales side, create action plans and find solutions to solve the problems and avoid it in the future
3， Reporting to German headquarters (situation and process on quality complaints, figures for the group quality reporting)
4， Analysis in case of accidents on site.
5， Handling of sales demands for product changes
6， Analysis and evaluation of service data.
7， Co-ordination of conceptional failures and SLS actions according to group guidelines
8， Co-ordination of wanted part process.
9， Detect weakness in the production process and give solutions for improvement
10， Ensure sustainability of executed changes in production
11， Working continuously on products improvement and give solutions to relative departments



要求 requirement：
1. 机械相关专业，大专以上学历，英语熟练
Machinery correlative specialty, college above, excellent English language skills
2. 机械装配行业工作经历3年以上
More than 3 years work experiences in machinery assemble company in a Quality position
3. 具有良好的测量工具使用能力
Require good skill of inspection tool usage.
4. 具有发现问题，处理问题的能力
Require very good skill of discovery and resolve issue.
5. 具有良好的沟通能力，语言表达能力
Require very good skill of communication and expression
6. 具有良好的电脑技能（MS office）
Require very good Pc skill (MS office)
7. 具有团队合作精神，在压力下工作的能力
Require team spirit, work under pressure
8. 需要踏实，稳定，积极向上的工作态度
Require sureness, stabilization, active work attitude.
