职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION

To assemble, manage and lead multi-disciplinary project teams on all aspects of the new product development process from project initiation to product launch, to ensure timely delivery of projects within time, scope, cost and quality

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS, PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To manage allocated formulation development projects for agreed targets
2. Define the scope of work for each new project, identify tasks and responsibilities for assigned project team members, establish target completion dates for key project milestones using Microsoft Projects
3. Maintain project management information system, Project Handbook, Web Application etc. for tracking of project timelines, resources, man-hours and cost on a routine basis to reflect current project status
4. Organize, schedule, and facilitate cross-functional team meetings between regional and global teams to exchange information, identify risks and chart progress of the project
5. Conduct lessons learned in form of Stage gate reviews and project close-out sessions to obtain information that can be used to improve future projects
6. Prepare and present the Progress Reports of the Projects, identify project related issues and communicate to management & Global team in Project Review Meetings
7. Participate in and contribute to the feasibility assessment of proposed projects and ventures during the project evaluation process. Maintain a thorough understanding of the future pipeline products and their technologies, e.g. patent issues, manufacturing challenges, pricing and market dynamics barriers to entry
8. Implement global best practices (eg. New project approval handbook, Resource management etc.)
9. Continuously improve & implement Project Management processes and Global Project Management tools (eg. PHB & PPF versions)
10. An interface between various departments and management to facilitate allocation and prioritization of resources necessary to achieve objectives within established timelines
11. Facilitate in improving collaboration between all project stakeholders (R&D, Plant, Marketing/Portfolio and RA)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS I REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor of Science degree or above
2. 8 years or more of experience in Pharmaceutical industry
3. Supervisory and project management experience
4. Previous experience in drug product development
5. Knowledge of quality assurance & regulatory affairs
6. Knowledge about basic project management processes and tools
