职位描述：
1、全面负责财务部的运营工作；
Be responsible for the Finance Dept. operation;
2、负责公司财务内控管理和风险管理；
Be responsible for the financial management and internal control and risk Control；
3、按时向管理层提供财务报告和必要的财务分析，并确保这些报告可靠、准确；
Provide the financial reporting and necessary analysis to the Management Team timely, and to ensure that the report is reliable and accurate;
4、负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告；
Be responsible for compiling and organizing the implementation of financial budget；
5、同时担任亚太区部分财务工作；
Be responsible for selective Cluster Role;
6、管理与银行、税务、工商及其他机构的关系；
Management with banking, taxation, industry& commerce and other institutions;
7、评估本部门及员工的绩效，并进行相关培训计划和实施；
Appraisal department and subordinator’s performance and plan the relevant training and implement;
8、对部门的开支和产出承担负责。
Be responsible for department’s cost and benefits.

任职要求 Qualification：
1、本科以上学历，持会计从业资格证；
Bachelor degree or above, with the Certificate of Accounting Professional;
2、8年以上会计工作经验，至少2-3年的财务主管经验；
More than eight years working experiences in accounting, 2-3 years of supervisory role;
3、具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
Have overall financial professional knowledge, accounting and financial management experience;
4、熟悉国家会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
Familiar with national accounting standards and relevant financial, tax, audit regulations, and policies;
5、熟练的英语技能。
Oral & writing fluency in English.
6、如有SAP B1经验者优先
Experience in SAP B1 ERP system management will be an advantage; 举报 分享
