职位描述：
1. Execute annual SHE plan and achieve SHE KPIs & objectives.
执行年度SHE计划，完成SHE目标和指标。
2. Track the environment related regulations on air, waste water, ground water, solid waste, noise and fugitive emission. Ensure new regulations delivered to functional team to conduct assessment and close potential gaps.
跟踪环保方面的法律法规，包括大气、废水、地下水、固废、噪声和无组织排放，确保新的法律法规传达到相关职能部门进行评估和消除差异。
3. Set up and maintain environmental protection procedures.
建立并维护环保程序。
4. Fully follow company-government interaction standard to coordinate the work with SCIP environmental protection office and Shanghai EPB.
完全遵循公司与政府间的相关标准，协同与化工区环保办和上海环保局的工作。
5. As an enabler to promote other functional team to implement company environmental procedures.
作为专业人员推动公司职能部门执行环保程序。
6. Organize regular compliance self-assessment on environmental and tracking the finding or recommendation closure status.
定期组织环保合规性自评，跟踪发现项的关闭。
7. Coordinate solid waste, waste water, waste liquid management and disposal.
协调固废、废水、废液的管理和处理。
8. Lead LDAR and VOCs reduction, CO2 emission, air clean etc. program.
牵头泄漏检测与修复、挥发性有机物减排、碳排放等项目计划的执行。
9. Organize third party to conduct annual air emission test, boundary noise test, ground water and soil test.
组织第三方进行年度大气检测、边界噪声检测、地下水和土壤检测。
10. Coordinate the EPB inspection /monitoring test, and deliver results to related functional team to close potential findings.
协调环保部门的检查/监督检测，并将发现结果传达到相关职能部门去跟踪关闭。
11. Provide site level environment related training to employees to enhance awareness, knowledge and skills.
为员工提供环保培训，提高他们的环保意识、知识和技能。
12. Prepare environment report to deliver to SCIP/Shanghai EPB as their request.
根据要求为化工区/上海市环保部门提供相关报告。
13. As an environment professional, participate in project SHE review and MOC review from environmental perspective.
作为环保专业人员，参加项目和变更管理项目的环保评估。
14. Support technically project to EIA approval, trial run permit application, and project environment final acceptance monitoring and project environmental final acceptance.
从技术上支持项目的环评审批、试运行申请、环保验收检测和最终的环保验收。
15. Ensure that all environment related incidents are reported, investigated and follow-up actions are implemented.
确保所有环保事故的报告、调查和跟踪行动。
16. Coordinate internal and external SHE compliance audit and follow up correction actions.
协调内部、外部的SHE合规性审核，并跟踪改进行动。
17. Identify mandatory training needs for all employees and execute accordingly.
识别公司员工法定培训需求并进行实施和管理。
18. Execute additional job assigned by SSHEQ Manager.

1. Environment or chemical engineering bachelor degree or above, experience in chemical industry preferred.
环境或化工学士学位及以上，化工行业优先。
2. 3-5 years professional working experience in environmental management.
3-5年环境管理工作经验。
3. Provide consultation and advice on various environmental issues.
能够针对不能环境问题提供咨询和建议。
4. Keep up with the new environmental legislation of the country and new environmental initiatives of the company.
能够追踪国家新的环保法律法规及公司新的环保举措。
5. Good command both in spoken and written English & Chinese.
良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力。
6. Familiar with office software.
熟练运用办公自动化。
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team work ability.
良好 人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。
