Job description:
-Manage supplier quality and cooperate with supply chain deploying improvement activities for delivery performance whenever applicable
-Lead supplier development and supplier quality improvement programs
-Perform supplier trainings for 8D, CP, FMEA, Audits, etc.
-Monitoring and reporting of supplier quality performance indicators (ppm, incidents, failure costs)
-Leading problem solving of supplier quality issues by applying quality methods (e.g. 8D, PSM, etc.)
-Supplier’s change management.
-Supplier quality performance scoring.
-Global sourcing/ international sites quality activity support.
-Part inspection/test method, criteria, procedure development.

Qualification:
Education Background:
-Master degree in Chemical, Mechanical, electrical, Physics, or similar
Training:
-Certified Quality Engineering or Assurance (CQE, CQA), Six Sigma Green belt and above, LEAN certified
Working Experience:
-> 6 years of experience in quality (at least 3 years in supplier quality management)
-Intercultural Experience
-Various company culture or have working experience in JV of the international company
-Experience working in high technology semiconductor manufacturing
-Experience in metal parts machining preferred
 
Skill:
-Good knowledge of quality system standards ISO9000, TS16949;
-Supplier audit experience in ISO9001 or ISO/TS 16949 and certified leader auditor is a plus.
-Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA etc.
-Action oriented – high energy level and understands need for speed, critical thinking and agility in accomplishing tasks within areas of responsibility
-Strong problem solving and statistical analysis skills, skilled & experienced in Is/Is not, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, DOE, etc.
-Drive for Results- consistently hits goals and objectives set while focusing on driving towards stretch goals
-Strong situational leadership skills with ability to influence and leads cross functional global teams.
-Demonstrate critical thinking to take appropriate risk and make sound and timely decisions
-Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
-Good command of both written and spoken English
-Skilled and experienced in SW and enterprise systems to support Sourcing and Engineering functions including: ERP (AX based preferable), PDM, Solid Works, Visio, MS Office
