» Understand the product requirements to search
» Search for reliable factories, not only at the office but also in the field
» Factories audit.
» Compare and select/recommend the best supplier
» Negotiation (prices, production times, payments…)
» Preparing purchasing contracts and release PO to suppliers
» Production follow up, assure deliver dates
» Production quality control
» Handle with shipping forwarder’s, combine shipments
» Handle with Customs regarding export procedures

Requested profile
» Mandatory: previous working experience at European/American company in china
» excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese (mandarin) ; chinese mandarin native
» excellent negotiation skills
» research savvy
» proficient in PC software of Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese word processing
» strong sense of responsibility, fast response and able to work independently
» professional, multi task, strong organizational skills, pro-active, trustworthy
» results oriented
» 3-4 year experience in procurement/sourcing/merchandiser/QC
Preference for:
» Previous working experience as merchandiser of promotional gifts (礼品)or very similar products (check our catalogue at www.xunda.asia )
