职位描述：
◆ 控制采购成本，负责采购合同以及分包合同的订立。
◆ 协助监督合同的实施，包括供货期跟踪、请款等事宜。
◆ 协助工程量计算和报价单的编制，和竣工结算阶段的审价。
◆ 为项目办理政府报建、申请验收等手续。
◆ 公司资质证书和安全生产许可证的维护工作，包括证书年检、人员培训；掌握最新建筑装饰行业管理条例、行业相关技术规范等。
◆ 其他项目管理方面的相关工作。

录用条件：
◆ 大专以上学历, 具备装饰行业项目统筹管理经验和实务能力；
◆ 具备一定材料采购和合同谈判经验；
◆ 良好的沟通和解决问题能力；
◆ 认真严谨、积极主动的工作态度，良好的团队协作能力；
◆ 熟练操作MS Office; 英文听说读写能力能满足工作需要；
◆ 有外资企业工作经验或装饰项目成本控制经验者优先考虑。 举报 分享
