职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Strongly support IT datacenter infrastructure, which includes in-house servers clusters, storage and related technologies.
? 支持IT数据中心的基础架构的日常运维以及部署，其中包括机房中的服务器，存储以及相关产品。
2.Work closely with China Infra team, implementing the server elements and enterprise-based solutions, and responsible for installation,maintenance.
? 作为中国Infra团队中的一员，与团队紧密合作，部署服务器以及企业级相关解决方案，并主动负责安装，配置以及日后运维工作。
3.Offer daily operational excellence on servers, data center and related hardware, highly taking care of data center as primary owner.
? 为数据中心，服务器等提供强有力技术支持，提供高水准日常运维。
4.Focus on enterprise-oriented platform technical support, this roles occasionally requires overtime work for urgent case.
? 关注面向企业的平台相关技术，若有紧急事件能够加班并解决技术问题。
5.Assist in design and implementation of the enterprise server systems infrastructure under the direction of headquarter group IT.
? 根据总部IT人员的指导，配合设计，部署企业级服务器，存储等产品。
6.Present as server&storage expert in China and interact with group IT for daily operations and project’s needs.
? 作为中国团队的服务器专家与总部IT人员日常交流互动，并参与项目的规划，指导以及执行。
7.Proactively identify opportunities to upgrade, stabilize or improve existing infrastructure services to ensure on-going high performance, supportability, vulnerability, and evaluate emerging technologies against business and IT strategic needs.
? 为改善基础架构的稳定性、弱点，主动关注基础架构（平台）的改善、升级方案，确保基础架构的高性能以及高可用性。了解市场新兴技术，并主动评估是否符合公司业务战略方向。
8.Ensure that corporate Information Security policies are reflected in server systems architecture, design and implementation.

任职要求：
1.Requires over 7 years working experience on big-size infrastructure administration, can work independently on IT server racking, installation, and configuration.Must have strong experience (but not limited) to Windows servers systems, VMWARE, Red Hat Linux, Active Directory IBM Bigfix endpoint, SAN storage, Commvault backup products, blade servers, etc.
? 7年以上大型企业基础架构支持的经验，并能独立完成服务器的安装，配置调试工作。必须拥有主流产品支持经验，希望能够精通下列产品，例如Windows servers systems, VMWARE, Red Hat Linux, Active Directory IBM Bigfix endpoint, SAN storage, Commvault 备份产品,刀片服务器等。
2.Must can install and configure enterprise storage devices, and administration onwards, preferred HDS storage systems.
? 必须能够安装，配置企业级存储产品，并提供日常运维，排错。希望有HDS产品经验。
3.Good knowledge on networking topology, firewall, WIFI technologies,nice to have supporting experience.
? 了解主流网络技术，防火墙，WIFI等，希望有网络支持的经验。
4.Nice to have monitoring platform experience, for example, Solarwinds, Nagios, Cacti.
? 拥有监控类产品经验，例如Solarwinds，Nagios， Catci等。
5.Nice to have public cloud migration experience, for example AWS, Aliyun.
? 希望有公有云使用，迁移，部署，排错的经验，例如AWS，阿里云。
6.Preferred candidates with Microsoft (MCSE), Redhat, VMWARE certificates (VCP), or any other Infra professional certification.

7.Always have passion on IT technologies, with attitude of pursuit of excellence. Can evaluate, propose and plan on more effective solutions, by fitting in company budgetary expectation.

8.Must have the security awareness when doing technical design and implementation.

9.Must have the awareness of change management, and strictly follow the process. Evaluate and plan the impact and roll back steps for any change request.

10.Must have the spirit of ownership on technical and projects, can work on multi-threads and prioritize tasks rationally, ensuring outcome delivered by timeline.

11.Must have bachelor degree on computer science or relevant majors.

12.Must have good English communication skills for both writing and speaking.
