职位描述：
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to deal with cases related to foreign investment in China, mainly on IP and corporate law. The paralegal will be working closly with our foreign lawyer, to assit on ongoing cases, and any assignment signed by the partners.


Requirements:

- Degree in Law in China, with solid legal background.

- Previous experience working on cases related to IP and PRC Foreign Investment law.

- Familiar with PRC corporate law, contract law, labour law, and IP laws.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of Spanish language is not a must but shall be taken into consideration. 举报 分享
