  1. New Offer Launchwithin China Region.

Work closely withGlobal Launch team, Project team, Offer Marketing team and MarCom team, to Define,Structure, Prepare, Deploy and Follow for given key strategic new offer launch,both internally & externally.

  1. Define launch strategy (offer positioning 4P, target market, commercialpolicy, forecast, ramp-up and offer withdrawal etc);

  2. Define launch storyline and refine key message to communicate;

  3. Map and formalize launch action plans (when?/to whom?/in which way?/saywhat?), in cooperation with Offer Marketing and Sales teams, for both internalstakeholders and external GTM;

  4. Identify and control launch budget to maximize returns on currentbusiness portfolio;

  5. Design and localize launch files & tools accordingly (presentations,videos, brochure, training modules, demos, tools etc);

  6. Design and implement internal trainings to cover all internal functions withOffer Marketing team through digital & traditional way;

  7. Define and implement external training/promotion plan to cover allchannel partners and customers through digital & traditional way;

  8. Work with MarCom team to organize external launch event and otheronline/offline MarCom activities;

  9. Develop a dashboard to follow-up monthly and track business performancemetrics and action items for the first year ramp up;

  10. Review launch, continuously improve and document the launch process, andtrain the related parties on launch methodology.

  1. Marketing Activationfor assigned Offer Lines.

Work closely withOffer Marketing/Segment Marketing team, and MarCom team, to Define, Structure,Prepare, Deploy and Follow for annual marketing activation.

  1. Understand the Offer/Segment marketing annual business priorities;

  2. Define key message house and map whole year marketing activation plan bytarget audience (Event, Seminar, Training, PR, Ad., Digital Promotion etc);

  3. Identify the total budget and set proper KPI for each activity;

  4. Implement the activity in cooperation with related teams and vendors,and control the budget;

  5. Track and review the result and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;

  • At least 5 years Launch/Marketing/Product/Project or related working experiencein B2B industry;

  • Strategic thinking, good organization, coordination, communication and presentationskill;

  • Deep dive to the details but not lose the whole picture, a very“pragmatic” approach is needed;

  • Good time management skill and be able to well manage high workloadunder time pressure;

  • Good English skills both written and oral;

  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word);

  • Willing to travel;

  • Knowledge of e-Marketing and digitizing customer communication tools isa Plus.
