职位描述：
Summary
Assist in the development of new products, laboratory systems and software tools to meet the needs of internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Assist in programing of existing and future controllers where required in products that are developed.
2. Train factory and service personnel as needed in the support of those controllers.
3. Manage R&D projects and publish reports on the project testing and findings.
4. Understand the Halton R&D Process
5. Maintain up-to-date R&D project documentation on Sharepoint and oversee laboratories and upgrades
6. Ability to travel on a regular basis

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a good motivator and communicator, be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The skills are covered under the essential duties, project management, language skills and computer skills sections.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors of Engineering degree with 2 to 4 years of experience with programming and comissioning a variety of programmable controllers.

Language Skills
Ability to speak and read English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as testing and safety standards, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Computer Skills
Ability to use Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Ability to use data acquisition equipment to control and monitor process variables. 举报 分享
