职位描述：
在线品控 / 翻班质检 / 饮料厂QC

岗位职责：
1、 遵守生产质量管理规范；
2、 监督操作工按工作细则生产，检查工艺参数符合标准并记录修正；
3、 对半成品、成品等进行相应的理化分析和感官测试；
4、 按公司规程处理生产中的不合规情况；
5、 样品检测与管理；
6、 测试仪器、化学试剂等日常维护、清洁与校验；

任职资格：
1、食品加工与工程或农学等相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、具备良好的食品分析理论知识、理化分析和检验技能，有食品检验中级以上证书优先；
3、一年以上食品饮料工厂从事检验分析工作，认真负责，有条理性；
4、吃苦耐劳，能承受一定压力，适应在线翻班工作
5、英语四级，食品饮料或化学等相关专业应届毕业生优先

Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up GMP situation during production.
- Monitor the practice of operators' to meet working instruction in production and inspect process parameters in line with specification. Keeping record and correcting non-conformities.
- Execute physicochemical and sensory test for water treatment, semi-finished products and finished product according to the specification.
- Handle non-conformities in process according to company’s procedure
- Responsible for sampling and sample management.
- Daily maintenance, calibration and management of testing instruments and chemical reagents.

Minimum Requirements:
1. College degree or above in food science or relevant.
2. Sound theoretical knowledge with Good lab and manufacture practices, Intermediate certificate of food inspection required
3. at least 1 years work experience in QC at food plant.
4. willing to work night shifts and take on presssure
