验证经理

工作职责
· 审查和解释规格及图表文件；
· 开发和制定测试计划/项目进度表；
· 开发和创建测试用例以验证产品的需求/规格；
· 执行测试/有效性项目，包括但不仅限于：测试、回归、故障排除、现场测试、问题管理等；
· 需直接与客户及供应商进行频繁的沟通与报告；
· 对测试活动进行总结与归档，并编写测试报告；
· 以明确的书面语言并使用标准模板对已经发现的问题/错误进行归档整理，以避免其再次发生；
· 建立并维护测试环境、工具和资源；
· 对测试项目中获得的经验知识以及所开发的流程进行归档整理；
· 与P3团队一起提高改进P3的测试方法；
· 有需要时，对其他项目提供支持；


职位要求：

· 工程或技术类专业本科学历并拥有3-5年的工作经验；
· 或工程/技术类硕士学位，拥有1-5年工作经验；
· 出色的中文和商务英语交流、阅读及写作能力；
· 有以下领域中的一个或多个的相关经验：电气/电子产品验证（测试）、软件开发验证（测试）、用户体验/用户体验发展、人机界面的开发、软件开发、移动应用开发、电子产品的硬件/软件集成、产品开发的质量保证以及汽车整车系统集成；
· 有以下领域中的一个或多个的相关经验：汽车OEM、汽车供应商（一级供应商优先）、电子消费品、手机、嵌入式软件以及航天OEM/一级供应商；
· 参与过终端对终端的软件开发及/或整个软件生命周期的开发者尤佳；
· 软件开发、编程/代码相关知识背景者尤佳；
· 拥有Matlab 、 CANoe、 Labview及dspace等模拟工具的应用经验者尤佳；
· 具备控制器局域网络 (CAN Network)、 OBD、汽车电子等相关行业知识者尤佳；

Validation Manager

Your tasks

· Review and interpret specification and diagram documents
· Develop and create test schedule per test plan / project schedule
· Develop and create and test cases to validate product per requirement /specification
· Perform test/validation activities including but not limited to:testing, regression, troubleshooting, field testing, issue management etc.
· Client facing role which requires frequent reporting / communications tothe client (customer) and suppliers
· Document test activity and results, prepare test reports
· Document issue / bug found in a clear written language and usingstandard template so that issue / bug can be reproduced by another person
· Setup and maintenance of test environment, tools, and assets
· Document knowledge learned and process developed during the testingproject.
· Working with P3 team to continuously improve P3 testing methodology
· Support other P3 activities as necessary


This qualifies you for our team

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technology disciplines with 3-5years of working experience
· Alternatively Master’s degree in Engineering or technology disciplineswith 1-5 years of working experience
· Ability to converse, read, and write in both Mandarin and BusinessEnglish
· Prior work experience in ONE or more of the following fields: electrical/ electronic product validation (testing), software development validation(testing), UX / User experience development, HMI development, softwaredevelopment, mobile app development, electronics product hardware / softwareintegration, product development quality assurance, automotive vehicle systemintegration
· Prior work experience with ONE or more of the following industries:Automotive OEM, Automotive supplier (Tier-1 preferred), consumer electronics,mobile phone, embedded software, Aerospace OEM / Tier-1
· A plus: have participated in an end to end software development and / ora software lifecycle
· A plus: software development, programming / coding knowledge
· A plus: experience with simulation tools such as Matlab, CANoe, Labviewor dspace.
· A plus: automotive knowledge about CAN networks, OBD, automotiveelectronics
