职位描述：
负责店铺日常运营的全面管理工作，具体为：
1、销售管理：执行店铺的销售计划和市场活动，跟进日常销售重点。
2、货品管理：a）根据公司的陈列指示布置店内的商品陈列；
                        b）跟踪店铺商品的补充和库存情况，致力于店铺商品管理的不断改进；
                        c）跟进同业的市场情况；
                        d）对本地市场及竞争情况进行调查和汇总。
3、人员管理： a）店铺的人员招聘及录用工作；
                         b）确保全员提供最优质的服务，有珠宝连锁品牌工作经验者优先。

任职资格
1、形象气质良好，具有亲和力；
2、大专及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，1年以上店长经验；
3、熟悉零售行业，具有奢侈品或珠宝文玩行业工作经验者优先；
4、具有良好的执行力，主动性强，辅助经理完成店铺的营运及管理工作；
5、具备较强的管理及协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，应变能力强。
