职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、熟悉了解Google、Baidu等各大搜索引擎的原理和特点，熟悉排名规则和规律，并制定优化策略；2、网站内部优化能力，掌握网站内容优化、关键词优化、内部链接优化、代码优化、图片优化的技巧；
3、能选择有效的关键词，并控制关键词在页面内的分布和密度；
4、对网站进行搜索引擎优化设计，并将网站登录到各大免费的搜索引擎和网站目录中；
5、分析行业特点、同行网站的推广方法，制定公司网站的优化策略，跟进优化推广效果，出具分析报告；
6、不断开拓网站的外部链接。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上网络营销、SEM、SEO等的从业经历；
2、善于信息的搜集与编辑整理，有一定的文笔功底及沟通能力；
3、熟练掌握软文、交换链接、邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛推广及其它特殊的推广方式；
4、具有良好的团队合作精神，热爱学习，思想活跃，善于沟通，能承受较大工作压力；
5、熟悉BBS、社区、播客、微博等网络圈子；有一定互联网推广资源，熟悉BBS、web站长等相关渠道者优先；有知名论坛版主、或高级ID者优先；
6、有一定数据分析能力。

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1, college degree or above, more than three years of network marketing, SEM, SEO and other business experience;

3, master soft, exchange links, e-mail promotion, SNS promotion, forum promotion and other special way to promote;
4, has a good team spirit, a love of learning, active thinking, good communication skills, able to work under pressure;
5, familiar with BBS, community, podcasts, microblogging and other network circles; there are certain Internet marketing resources, familiar with BBS, web owners and other relevant channels priority; there is the well-known forum moderator, or senior ID is preferred;
