Job Description :

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operational aspects of the product or service or that have not been resolved by 'Non-complex Call' service.

· Validate and route issues related to SW/HW defects to 3^rd party suppliers as appropriate

· Define, monitor, and resolve event notifications in the production environment.

· Ensure that system resources are configured and running properly.

· Provides technical content/documentation of application and/or business process knowledge to enable the appropriate support levels to deliver the relevant depth of support ( e.g. level 2 may provide content for level 1)

· Application/Database configuration and performance maintenance and tuning.

· system log files maintenance

· Monthly reports for application performance analysis and planning

· Develop and deliver application functionality training for business users support if applicable

Candidate Profile :

-Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, or related area

-Relevant working experience with preference in MNC (above 3 years)

-more than 2 years Software development experience will be preferred.

-Good understanding of Oracle DB (OCP is preferred)

-Good understanding of Weblogic and J2EE platform

-Sound knowledge for Unix/Linux (Relevant experience is preferred)

-Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic environment

-Strong commitment and team spirit

-Strong communication and presentation skills

-Self management skills and initiative and a proactive way of work

-Fluently English communication skill (CET-6 is necessary)
