Sourcing Project Leader
 
EXPERBUY is a French group specialized in Purchasing & Procurement service. Located in France, USA, Nordics countries, Romania, Germany, and China. For our Shanghai Branch, we are currently looking for a Sourcing Project Leader.

SUMMARY
Undertakes operational purchasing projects, to ensure the quality and efficiency of each mission, and to meet customers’ satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Under management of Consulting Team Leader
1. Manage various operational activities to include: Sourcing projects, Customer relationship, Suppliers relationship, Suppliers audit, Quality control and following of Logistics - customs procedures, Import-export procedures.
2. Communicate with customers, analyse customers’ needs, prepare comprehensive request for quotation, present supply chain proposal.
3. Trace records and build reports of production evolution and product quality.
4. Conduct new suppliers’ research, external visits, audits and inspections.
5. Manage Quality control.
6. Communicate with Manager and clients regularly in China and France on operations.
7. Be able to find and provider always solutions to resolve the difficulties during the projects to the team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in a Sourcing/Buying office, with QC and factory audit experience
2. Technical/Engineer education background; Ability to understand technical data in Mechanics, Metal production and transformation, Electric parts will be appreciated.
3. At least three years’ experience in sourcing project, ideally for technical parts (mechanical, electrical and machines).
4. Knowledge on Purchasing / Import-Export procedures.
5. Be able to communicate in an efficient way in a multi-cultural environment.
6. Chinese as mother language; Writing and oral English fluent; French or German appreciated.
7. Basic computer skills required.
8. Be autonomic with a good self-management and time management with efficiency.
9. Be able to manage multi-projects and deliver valid results on time.
10. The Position is based in Shanghai, but requires willingness to travel and work with a flexible schedule.

SALARY
Yearly gross Salary 150 000-160 000RMB, with 10% bonus included. 举报 分享
