Job functions:

· Involved in building up the SCM system, improve the current procurement procedure, optimize the purchasing process.

直接参与供应链管理体系的建立，完善公司现有采购制度，优化采购流程；

· Define the scope of responsibilities and performance assessment for SCM department. Guide, supervise and evaluate the work of SCM staff. Organize and arrange the necessary training for SCM staff.

定义供应链管理部门的职能范围和考核办法。指导、监督和考评采购人员的工作，组织和安排采购人员的培训；

· Manage and plan the purchasing and keep it updated; secure the quantity, quality and on-time of the supply.

管理供应采购计划制定和及时更新；确保供应数量、质量、及时；

· Organize the SCM staff to investigate and analyze the market trends; guide the sourcing engineer to develop the new suppliers, price and delivery negotiation to control and reduce the purchasing cost.

组织领导采购人员搜集市场信息，预测可供货源及其趋势；指导采购工程师开发新的供应商，价格的谈判, 交货期的协调。 不断控制和降低采购成本；

· Evaluate, certify, manage the suppliers, build up the supplier assessment system, monitor the execution of the assessment system. Regularly check the operation of the major suppliers.

组织对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核，建立供应商评估管理体系，监督供应商评估管理体系的执行。定期审查和评估最主要供应商的运行状况；

· Overall in charge of the price negotiation, procurement environment, supply quality, inventory and transportation.

负责供应商的比价和议价、采购环境、产品质量、库存及运输；

· Supervise the execution of purchasing contracts.

监督采购合同的执行过程；

· Coordinate between the relevant department and affiliating companies

与公司内部有关部门和关联企业采购中心的沟通与协调；

· Other tasks assigned by the top management.

高级管理层安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business administration;

工程类、管理类本科或以上学历；

· At least 8 years experience in purchasing, logistics and supply chain, with 5 years experience in managing position in foreign companies.

8年以上在采购、物流、供应链方面的外企工作经验，5年以上管理岗位经验；

· Familiar with machinery products and metal processing, material properties.

熟悉机械加工类产品，了解金属加工制造过程、生产工艺、材料性能；

· Familiar with international trading and logistics

了解国际贸易和运输的基本知识；

· Expert in negotiation, good sense of business.

擅长合同谈判，具备良好的商务嗅觉；

· Experience in ERP system, SAP is preferable.

ERP运用经验，SAP优先；

· Good English in writing and speaking, good command of computer skills.

良好的英语和计算机操作能力；

· Honest, responsible, excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit, Self-motivated, result oriented.
