职位描述
Major Job Responsibilities
l A member of the China Regional Network Engineering & Integration team.
l Main responsibilities include network designs, operation in the region, 2/3rd level support for operational issues, work with other team members on cross discipline designs, and providing cost-effective and secure network engineering solutions for critical systems. Other primary duties include building network infrastructure that are robust, secure and easily supported. You will also be directly involved in all project phases such as project planning, procurement, installation, testing, user acceptance testing and the production turnover of the new network infrastructure to our Operations staff.
l The selected individual will also be required to be an effective communicator with key external vendors, e.g. carriers, network equipment suppliers, etc.
l The selected individual should possess in-depth technical knowledge of networking fundamentals to provide network expertise in support of projects, operations, and global standards reviews.
Pre-requisites
l Degree in Computer Science/Information or its equivalent, preferably a CCIE with at least 5 years of Local Area networking experience.
l Must posess excellent written and communication skills in english. Proficient second language would be a plus.
l Self-motivated and can work autonomously.3) High degree of technical expertise in TCP/IP networking.
l Must posess experience in OSPF/BGP/EIGRP routing protocols
l LAN technologies. SPT, L2 switching and redundancy designs, EtherChanneling, Trunking, NAT, etc..
l WAN technologies. IPLC, ATM, F/R, IP VPN, DWDM. MPLS, ESCON, FibreChannel a plus.
l Network Security - Firewalls (Checkpoint a plus), IDS, IPSec, Internet Security, Encryption, AAA, RADIUS/TACACS, SNMP, ACL.
l Experience with Remote Access solutions, Multicasting, CDN, BigIP Load Balancers, SAN/NAS, Market Data Services, VoIP, SNA, IPX, DecNet, X.25, Token Ring, DLSW+/RSRB/XOT/GRE, Network Management/Capacity Management/Network troubleshooting tools, DNS/Name Resolution a plus.
